Fabiano's candies always start with our original recipes while carefully and professionally creating each piece by hand, with the finest quality ingredients and most sanitary conditions, using the same family recipes and techniques since 1924.
Clusters - We start with premium nuts (cashews, peanuts, filberts, et al), which are roasted by our chocolatiers in coconut oil and lightly salted for the best flavor and freshness. After curing for a day to ensure the finest flavor and texture, the nuts are transferred to our chocolate specialists who then mix, base-coat, and cover the nuts by hand with the highest-quality and precisely tempered chocolate. Next, the individually-formed treats are cooled to form and finally picked up, cupped, and packaged individually by hand.
Creams - Our chocolatiers measure, mix, and cook our recipes carefully by hand, over a high-powered stove. After the mixture is cooked to the appropriated temperature and consistency, it's hand-poured into a powerful mixer where it transforms into a creamy base. The finest flavors (orange, hazelnut, cappuccino, et al) are then added, mixed, and each cream is then hand-transferred to trays to be covered in chocolate. The creams are then managed by our chocolate specialists who base-coat, dip, and cover the formed creams by hand with the highest-quality and precisely tempered chocolate. Next, the individually-formed treats are distinctively (one by one) marked by hand process with its own unique symbol, cooled to form, and finally picked up, cupped, and packaged one-by-one by hand.
Favorites - Our delicious, high-quality ingredients are hand-cut into pieces and transferred by the hundreds to be covered in chocolate. They are then guided by our chocolate specialists who base-coat, dip, and cover the pieces with the highest-quality and precisely tempered chocolate along with any other added toppings (i.e. sea salt, pecans) any selected item may need.
Sugar Free - Enjoy our tasty sugar free chocolate candies rich in flavor with a supreme melt-in-your-mouth texture. Sweeteners used as substitutes for sugar include maltitol, sorbitol and Splenda. Fabiano’s sugar-free chocolate is so good you won't believe it's sugar free, and we take pride in providing superior sugar-free treats to our customers and we're continually working on new candies!
